- Where are the products made?
Our products are made exclusively in France.
- How are the products made?
Our products are made from fabric remnants and offcuts bought from fabric stores or collected from other seamstresses. Several steps are required to make our products such as measuring, drawing and cutting (optimising the use of fabric), preparing before sewing (pinning the fabric), sewing (using a sewing machine), cutting the threads, turning the fabric inside out, preparing for the final seam, handstitching etc.
- Which type of products do you sell?
For the moment, we sell exclusively Scrunchies but stay tuned as other products may arrive soon...
- What is the difference between Standard, Mini and Oversized size?
The Standard size is our signature size, the diameter is around 11-12cm.
The Mini size is ideal for 'half updo' hairstyles, short and thin hair type or kids. The diameter of the Mini size is around 7-9cm.
The Oversized size is great for thick hair or for a 'loose' effect, the diameter is around 14-16cm.
Please note that there might be some differences in size depending on the fabrics and the remnant used to create the products.
- My product does not match the picture displayed on the website/Instagram/Facebook page?
There may be some differences in terms of size, pattern, colours between the product you received and the image displayed on the website/social media accounts. This is due to the use of fabric remnants as we optimise the use of fabric when creating our products. If you are dissatisfied with your product, please get in touch so that we can discuss about it.
Shipping
- Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We do ship worldwide. Some shipping and duty costs might apply depending on the area you are ordering from. The shipping costs will be calculated and added to the price of your order on the checkout page once you will have entered your address.
Please note that we apply a free shipping policy for orders of €35 or more for customers located in France and within the European Union (EU).
- How long does it take to receive my order?
Depending on the country you are ordering from, it might take from 2 to 8 days to receive your order from the moment you receive the confirmation email of shipment of your order.
- Do you offer express shipping option?
Unfortunately we do not offer express shipping services for our products at the moment. If you wish to receive your order faster, please get in touch.
- In which type of packaging will my product be shipped?
Your products will be shipped in a soft padded envelope with each product being individually wrapped in opaque black tissue paper. We add a little temporary differentiation mark on each wrapping to help you recognise them.

- How do I know if my order has been confirmed?
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has gone through our system.
- How do I know if my order has been shipped?
You will receive a confirmation of shipping email including a tracking number once your order has been shipped. This tracking number will allow you to locate your order once it has been dispatched.
